Unlike his opponent, Mike Moon believes in following the Constitution, and all of it. Not as best we can, but following his oath 100 Percent. That is why Mike has voted against legislation that others considered acceptable. Senator Moon's record proves his loyalty to his oath of office, and to the constitutions of Missouri and the United States of America.

Mike Moon has been a staunch supporter of our freedom of self protection codified in the 2nd Amendment. Mike co-sponsored and helped pass the Second-Amendment Preservation Act, which protects the citizens of Missouri from over-reaching and unconstitutional federal actions.

Mike Moon has been unwavering in his belief that life begins at conception and that abortions are unacceptable. He will continue to fight for the rights of the unborn human beings and their constitutional rights. He sponsored the Abolition of Abortion Act and continues to defend the most vulnerable.

Mike Moon has been active in protecting the nuclear family, something that the left has tried to destroy again and again. His actions have shown that he will champion any constitutional legislation that furthers the protections of family, parents and children's rights. The SAFE ACT was passed in 2023, a law Mr. Moon sponsored, that protects minors from irreversible gender reassignment procedures. Mike also sponsored the "Save Women's Sports" bill which prohibits biological men from participating in female sports. 

He has also sponsored the "Vulnerable Child Compassion and Protection Act", prohibiting school officials from having discussions of a sexual or gender identity nature without parental involvement. 

The Federal Government has encroachment on our sovereignty is a big threat to us. Mike Moon has sponsored several actions to restore state sovereignty and ensure that the FED's encroachments are limited or eliminated.

"Restoring State Sovereignty Through Nullification Act" allows the State of Missouri to protect it's citizens from unlawful and unconstitutional rules, regulations or executive orders by making them null and void in Missouri. As a Republic, the state of Missouri has a responsibility to protect it's citizens from a rogue or dysfunctional government above it.
